Inclusion Criteria
Pain for at least three months; intensity of at least 3 on the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS); clinical diagnosis of dysfunction to the musculoskeletal system; not undergoing any treatment or physical activity at the time of admission to the study
Exclusion Criteria
History of central lesion; cognitive disorders that compromise the understanding of the procedures or that affect motor control; cardiovascular and / or respiratory alterations that are not under clinical follow-up or that compromise the exercise; surgical procedure in the area of pain; pregnant women; malignant tumor; absolute contraindication to general exercise
