Patients with scheduled surgery requiring general anesthesia
- Patients scheduled for orthopedic surgery in a sitting position
- Class I, II, III of the American Society of Anesthesiologist (ASA) physical status classification system designated by the American Association of Anesthesiologists
- Age 19 -75 years
- Hemodynamically unstable patients
- Patients with serious cerebrovascular disease or heart disease
- Patients with cognitive impairment
- 18 years old or younger, over 76 years old
- ASA status IV or V
