* ASA physical status 1-3
* Age: 19-80 years old
* Patients scheduled for major spinal surgery in the prone position
* denial of consent
* Body mass index: less than 15kg/m2 or more than 35kg/m2
* Those with poorly controlled hypertension, hyperthyroidism, or severe or severe heart disease
* Patients with contraindications to remimazolam such as severe liver disease, acute narrow-angle glaucoma, shock or coma, acute alcoholism, etc.
* Those who are allergic to propofol or midazolam
* Those who are judged inappropriate by medical staff to participate in the trial for other reasons
