The study includes patients aged 19 to 65 with a planned sinus or septoplasty surgery due to chronic sinusitis or other related conditions under general anesthesia. The selection criteria are based on the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification of 1 or 2.
In cases where difficult airway management is anticipated (Mallampati =3), chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, bronchial asthma, severe heart, kidney, or liver disease, pregnant women, and women of childbearing potential.
