Age between 20 and 79 years old
- A person who needs colorectal polypectomy because a non-pedunculated polyp of 10 mm or more and less than 25 mm is found
- Colorectal polyps larger than 25 mm and colon mucosal resection is presumed to be an inappropriate method for en bloc
- A person who is presumed to have NICE category 3 or deep submucosal invasion when predicting pathology before colon polypectomy with a narrow band image, etc.
- Those who have pedunculated polyps whose shape is not suitable for modified mucosal resection
