Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients will be included in the study if they fulfill the following criteria:
- •Age of 19 \-85 years
- •able to provide written informed consent
- •patient with 20\-30 mm sized JNET IIA colorectal polyps with low possibility of submucosal invasion on narrow band imaging
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients will be excluded in the study if they fulfill the following criteria:
- •Age of \<19 years or \> 85 years
- •inable to provide written informed consent
- •patient with confirmed malignant polyps, suspected deep invasive polyps on narrow band imaging (JENT IIB or JNET III polyp on NBI), previously incomplete resection polyps, subepithelial lesion, pedunculated polyps
- •Polyps in location where endoscopic procedure is difficult (located on dentate line within 3cm, IC valve, appendicile orifice polyp)
- •inflammatory bowel disease patients, uninterrupted antithrombotic therapy patients, coagulopathy patients
