Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Patients will be included in the study if they fulfill the following criteria:
  • Age of 19 \-85 years
  • able to provide written informed consent
  • patient with 20\-30 mm sized JNET IIA colorectal polyps with low possibility of submucosal invasion on narrow band imaging

Exclusion Criteria

  • Patients will be excluded in the study if they fulfill the following criteria:
  • Age of \<19 years or \> 85 years
  • inable to provide written informed consent
  • patient with confirmed malignant polyps, suspected deep invasive polyps on narrow band imaging (JENT IIB or JNET III polyp on NBI), previously incomplete resection polyps, subepithelial lesion, pedunculated polyps
  • Polyps in location where endoscopic procedure is difficult (located on dentate line within 3cm, IC valve, appendicile orifice polyp)
  • inflammatory bowel disease patients, uninterrupted antithrombotic therapy patients, coagulopathy patients
