Women with urinary incontinence
ICIQ-UI Short Form questionnaire score more than 13
Tinetti Balance Assessment Tool score should be <= 18
Male participants
Previous UI or pelvic organ prolapse surgeries
Previous history of any injuries since last 1 year
Previous history of any surgery since last 1 year
Alcohol consumption
Musculoskeletal disease, severe cardiovascular disease, psychiatric condition, severe neurological condition, chronic constipation, diabetes, active or recent cancer, dementia, severe arthritis
Any medication

Name Time Method Tinetti Balance Assessment Tool <br/ ><br>36-Item Form Health Survey (SF-36)Timepoint: Tinetti Balance Assessment Tool <br/ ><br>36-Item Form Health Survey (SF-36) <br/ ><br>These all outcomes measures assess before 8 weeks balance training program. <br/ ><br>After complete 8 weeks of balance training again re-assess all outcomes.
