Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. eGFR by CKD\-EPI \< 60 ml/min/1\.73m2 or
- •2\. urine protein \> 500 mg/day or
- •3\. Adult polycystic kidney disease
- •4\. agree to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
- •1patients under intervention trial
- •2\.life expectancy less than 3 years
- •3\.cannot come for follow up
- •4\.refuse to participate in the study
- •5\.on prednisolone \> 5 mg/day
- •6\.history of taking cytotoxic drugs within 100 days
- •8\.kidney transplant
- •9\. history of acute myocardial infarction or stroke within 3 months
