入排标准
入选标准
- •ASA Grade I and II;
- •Elective Laparoscopic Cholecystectomies done under general anaesthesia of minimum 90 mins to less than or equal to 120 mins duration
排除标准
- •- Body weight <50- >60 kg;
- •- Known hypersensitivity to any one of the test drugs of the study;
- •- With coagulopathyies or on anticoagulant drugs;
- •- Patient already taking MAO inhibitor or SSRIs;
- •- Taking opioid drugs or other analgesic drugs for any ailment;
- •- Pregnant and lactating women;
- •- Patients having atrophic rhinitis or other nasal pathology.
