patients undergoing elective laparoscopic surgeries like laparoscopic appendicectomy, laparoscopic cholecystectomy and laparoscopic hernias and varicocele under General anasthesia
american society of anaesthesiologists grade I and II patients aged >18 years
Exclusion Criteria
Patients undergoing emergency surgeries.
conversion to open surgery.
multiple surgeries in same admission.
known allergy to study drug.
refusal to participate in study.
