Inclusion Criteria
ASA Grade I and II;
Elective Laparoscopic Cholecystectomies done under general anaesthesia of minimum 90 mins to less than or equal to 120 mins duration
Exclusion Criteria
- Body weight <50- >60 kg;
- Known hypersensitivity to any one of the test drugs of the study;
- With coagulopathyies or on anticoagulant drugs;
- Patient already taking MAO inhibitor or SSRIs;
- Taking opioid drugs or other analgesic drugs for any ailment;
- Pregnant and lactating women;
- Patients having atrophic rhinitis or other nasal pathology.
