Inclusion Criteria
1. Age > 18 years and <70 years
2. Either sex
3. Modified Mallampati score III and IV
4. ASA physical status 1 and 2.
Exclusion Criteria
•Patientâ??s refusal.
•Modified Mallampati Score I and II.
•Known history of allergy to the drugs under study.
•ASA physical status 3 or more.
•Patients on anticoagulants.
•Patients having sepsis and / or local site infection
•Patients with known CVS or Respiratory disease.
•Patients with hepatic or renal disorders.
•History of drug abuse.
