Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •60 patients (20\-65 yr) scheduled for elective video\-assisted wedge resection surgery
Exclusion Criteria
- •patients of ASA classification 3 or more, with a history of cardiovascular or respiratory disease
- •dizziness or frequent headache history
- •active alcohol or drug usage history
- •daily intake or intake 48 hr preoperatively of any analgesics
- •impaired renal and/or hepatic function
- •inability to use a PCA device
