Inclusion Criteria
60 patients (20-65 yr) scheduled for elective shoulder arthroscopic surgery
Exclusion Criteria
patients of ASA classification 3 or more, with a history of cardiovascular or respiratory disease
dizziness or frequent headache history
active alcohol or drug usage history
daily intake or intake 48 hr preoperatively of any analgesics
impaired renal and/or hepatic function
inability to use a PCA device
