入选标准
- •(1) Patients with primary osteoporosis, female >=49 years old and over 1 year old after menopause, male >=60 years old;
- •(4) Patients informed consent, voluntary to participate in the study.
排除标准
- •(1)Secondary osteoporosis (hyperthyroidism, diabetes and other endocrine diseases;Rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis and other immune diseases;Multiple myeloma and other diseases of the blood system;Digestive and kidney diseases that affect calcium and vitamin D absorption and metabolism, neuromuscular diseases;Osteoporosis caused by copd and other diseases)
- •(2)Taking drugs that affect bone metabolism (glucocorticoids, immunosuppressants, anticancer drugs, etc.) within 6 months;
- •(3) With serious heart, lung, liver, kidney function damage or other bone metabolism diseases (rickets, bone tumors, etc.);
- •(4) Patient had been systematically treated for osteoporosis.
