Teeth indicated for root canal treatment with apical periodontitis.
Healthy person between the age group of 18-50, giving a signed consent
Exclusion Criteria
Retreatment cases
Completely calcified canals

Name Time Method Reduction in bacterial load determined by colony forming unit (CFU)Timepoint: CFU analysis at base level (S1) after access opening. CFU analysis after complete cleaning and shaping (S2). CFU analysis after one week of medicament placement in the canal (S3)
