Inclusion Criteria

Pregnant who delivery in labor room of Phramongkutklao hospital
- gestational age 37-42 weeks
- vertex presentation
- doctor evaluate that pregnant can vaginal delivery

Exclusion Criteria

- Subjects has history of opioid drug allergy
- Subjects has history of drug use in last 12 months
- Subjects has underlying disease about respiratory tract
- Pregnancy that fetus has congenital anomalies
- Cervix open more than 8 centimeters
