1) ASA I/II/III
2) Patient able to understand Visual Analouge Scale
1) Patient not willing for procedure
2) Hypersensitivity to local anaesthetic drug
3) Patient with coagulopathy
4) Local infection at injection site, and local anatomical deformity
5) Patient with polytrauma and/or associated nerve injury
6) Patient with pre existing neuropathy, Disorders like seizures, Hypertension, Diabetes and other metabolic disorders, cardiac, hepatic disease, asthma, COPD
7) Patient with significant h/o drug or alcohol abuse, psychiatric illness
8) patient with history of taking alpha 2 adrenergic drug , any form of opiods
9) pregnant and lactating mothers
