1. Patient undergoing any kind of abdominal surgery
2. ASA grade 1 to 3
1. Patient refuse to give consent
2. Patients with history of Dementia, severe anaemia (Haematocrist <30%), intracranial events (stroke, bleeding),altered sensorium, uncontrolled hypertension, Hemodynamic unstable patient.
3. Acute cardiac events.
•Patients allergic to drug under study
•Patient with history of sleep apnea syndrome, morbidity obese patient.
•Duration of surgery extending >4hrs, patient went to postoperative ventilatory support
