Inclusion Criteria
1. ASA 1&2
2. Patients with anticipated difficult airway
3. Aged 20-60 years
4. Mallampatti grading 3 or more than 3
Exclusion Criteria
1. Pregnancy
2. Alcohol or drug abuse
3. Allergy to the drugs involved in the study
4. Any type of Atrio Ventricular block
5. Unstable cardiovascular disease
6. Respiratory diseases
7. Hepatic diseases
8. Bradycardia
9. Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus
10. Morbid obesity
11. Emergency surgeries
12. Any contraindication for nasal intubation e.g.thrombocytopenia, coagulopathy
