Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Be enrolled in basic education regularly; be between 13 and 18 years old; being overweight or obesity ( greater than 85th percentile); not be diagnosed with: cardiovascular disease, diabetes, hypertension; not having been participating in a physical activity or exercise program for at least three months; do not have any kind of genetic, neoplastic or mental disease.
Exclusion Criteria
- •The adolescente will be excluded if: he/she doesn´t meet the pre\-participation recommendations in the physical tests and did not participate in all stages of the study.
