Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Individuals with a minimum age of 18 who agree to voluntary study participation and have written informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Excluded from the study are persons with diseases that influence the metabolism (e.g. hyper\-/hypothyroidism, diabetes mellitus) under the condition that they cannot be adjusted with medication. Furthermore, persons with orthopedic diseases are excluded if they have an impairment of normal mobility (e.g. knee injury, bone fractures).
  • Also excluded are persons with cardiovascular diseases that would make exercise intervention difficult (heart failure, angina pectoris).
  • Chronic or other diseases are excluded if they complicate the planned exercise interventions or exclude the planned food intake (diabetes mellitus, gout).
  • Further exclusion criteria are pregnancy and alcohol or drug abuse.
