Inclusion Criteria
1.   Age 30-40 years
2.   Subjects present with symptoms according to CHISG criteria.
3.   IT professionals with prolonged use of computer.
Exclusion Criteria
1.   Red flags (tumours, fracture, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoporosis, severe vascular disease etc)
2.   altered sensation in upper extremity
3.   patients not willing to participate
