•1\.Patient of ASA Grade I and II.
•2\.Patient undergoing pediatric inguinal surgeries.

Exclusion Criteria

•1\.Lack of consent by parents/guardians.
•2\.Children with hepatic, cardiac, renal, respiratory or neural condition.
•3\.Children with known allergy to local anesthetic drug.
•4\.Children with local infection at site and coagulopathy.
