Inclusion Criteria
1.ASA I,II
2.Age group 20-60 years
3.Patients posted for surgery under general anaesthesia.(duration < 3 hours)
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients with clotting and coagulation disturbances due to any reason
2.Patients with increased risk of aspiration (hiatus hernia, GERD, obesity and pregnancy)
3.Patients with anticipated difficult airway

Name Time Method To compare efficacy of seal of bougie guided insertion of Proseal laryngeal mask airway with digital insertion in ASA I & II patients undergoing surgery in Medical College Hospital,ThiruvananthapuramTimepoint: leak pressure will be assessed at time points 1,5,15 minutes after insertion of Proseal LMA
