Inclusion Criteria
1. Adults =18 years
2. Ischaemic stroke
3. IntraCerebral Haemorrhage
4. Sub Arachnoid Haemorrhage
Exclusion Criteria
1. <18 years
2. No consent
3. Transient Ischaemic Attack (focal neurological signs recovering within 24 hours)
4. Known neurological disease with infectious aetiology
