Inclusion Criteria
- •For Case subjects:
- •Neonates admitted to NICU, KMC, Manipal with diagnosis of culture positive sepsis
- •Hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy
- •Babies on ventilators and NIV
- •For Control subjects:
- •Neonates admitted to NICU, KMC, Manipal without sepsis
Exclusion Criteria
- •Infants with congenital malformations
- •Critically congenital heart diseases
- •Genetic syndromes
