Inclusion Criteria
  1. Application of Photon-Counting CT in the One-Year Prognostic Evaluation of COVID-19 Patients<br>(1) Age 18 years and older;<br>(2) COVID-19 patients who have been treated inpatient or in outpatient/emergency departments at our hospital since December 2022;<br>(3) Confirmed COVID-19 patients by RT-PCR test for SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acids or COVID-19 antigen test;<br>(4) Fully understand and voluntarily agree to participate in this study, and sign an informed consent form.<br><br>2. Application of Photon-Counting CT in the Auxiliary Diagnosis of Pulmonary Embolism After Thoracic Surgery<br>(1) Age 18 years and older;<br>(2) Patients undergoing thoracic surgery at our hospital from September 2023 to August 2025;<br>(3) High-risk patients for pulmonary embolism after thoracic surgery;<br>(4) Fully understand and voluntarily agree to participate in this study, and sign an informed consent form.<br><br>3. Application of Photon-Counting CT in Patients with Connective Tissue Disease-Related Interstitial Lung Disease<br>(1) Clinically confirmed CTD-ILD patients with stable disease;<br>(2) Patients undergoing baseline chest HRCT at our hospital;<br>(3) Patients receiving baseline chest HRCT imaging and clinical pulmonary function tests within =7 days, without any relevant treatments between the two tests.<br><br>4. Application of Photon-Counting CT in Preoperative Diagnosis of Nodule Malignancy in Thoracic Surgery Patients<br>(1) Clinical intervention or surgical treatment required due to pulmonary nodules;<br>(2) Preoperative chest CT needed to assist in clinical diagnosis;<br>(3) Age =18 years.<br><br>5. Application Value of Low-Dose Photon-Counting CT Scanning in Follow-Up of Pulmonary Nodules<br>(1) Chest CT examination performed due to pulmonary nodules;<br>(2) Age =18 years.<br><br>6. Application of Photon-Counting CT in Quantitative Analysis of Pulmonary Vessels in Pulmonary Hypertension Patients<br>(1) Age 18 years and older;<br>(2) PH patients diagnosed or treated at our hospital between March 2024 and August 2025;<br>(3) Patients requiring chest CT examination;<br>(4) Fully understand and voluntarily agree to participate in this study, and sign an informed consent form.<br><br>7. Application of Photon-Counting CT in Pediatric Airway Disease<br>(1) Age 18 years and younger;<br>(2) Patients with high clinical suspicion of airway disease requiring chest CT for clarification.
Exclusion Criteria
  1. Application of Photon-Counting CT in the One-Year Prognostic Evaluation of COVID-19 Patients<br>(1) Pregnant patients;<br>(2) Patients with a history of COVID-19 infection before December 2022, i.e., those who had positive nucleic acid or antigen tests for COVID-19 before December 2022 and have since tested negative;<br>(3) Patients with incomplete baseline clinical data or who have not undergone baseline chest CT imaging;<br>(4) Patients or their families who cannot understand the conditions and objectives of the study.<br><br>2. Application of Photon-Counting CT in the Auxiliary Diagnosis of Pulmonary Embolism After Thoracic Surgery<br>(1) History of cancer (excluding skin squamous cell carcinoma, skin adenocarcinoma, or cervical carcinoma in situ);<br>(2) Pregnant patients or those with severe heart, brain, or kidney diseases, or other conditions unsuitable for PCD-CTPA examination;<br>(3) Patients who cannot be moved easily;<br>(4) Patients who cannot breathe independently or meet the clinical study's respiratory requirements for the examination;<br>(5) Patients or their families who cannot understand the conditions and objectives of the study.<br><br>3. Application of Photon-Counting CT in Patients with Connective Tissue Disease-Related Interstitial Lung Disease<br>(1) History of cancer (excluding skin squamous cell carcinoma, skin adenocarcinoma, or cervical carcinoma in situ);<br>(2) Patients with acute pulmonary infections;<br>(3) Pregnant patients or those with severe heart, brain, or kidney diseases, or other conditions unsuitable for CT examination.<br><br>4. Application of Photon-Counting CT in Preoperative Diagnosis of Nodule Malignancy in Thoracic Surgery Patients<br>(1) Diffuse lung diseases;<br>(2) Metallic implants in the chest or spine;<br>(3) Patients unable to cooperate with breath-holding;<br>(4) Pregnant patients or those with severe heart, brain, or kidney diseases, or other conditions unsuitable for CT examination.<br><br>5. Application Value of Low-Dose Photon-Counting CT Scanning in Follow-Up of Pulmonary Nodules<br>(1) History of lung surgery;<br>(2) Diffuse lung diseases;<br>(3) Metallic implants in the chest or spine;<br>(4) Patients unable to cooperate with breath-holding;<br>(5) Pregnant patients or those with severe heart, brain, or kidney diseases, or other conditions unsuitable for CT examination.<br><br>6. Application of Photon-Counting CT in Quantitative Analysis of Pulmonary Vessels in Pulmonary Hypertension Patients<br>(1) Pregnant patients or those with severe heart, brain, or kidney diseases, or other conditions unsuitable for CT examination;<br>(2) Diffuse lung diseases or patients with acute pulmonary infections;<br>(3) Patients with incomplete baseline clinical data or who have not undergone CT imaging;<br>(4) Patients or their families who cannot understand the conditions and objectives of the study.<br><br>7. Application of Photon-Counting CT in Pediatric Airway Disease<br>(1) Patients who cannot breathe independently or meet the clinical study's respiratory requirements for the examination;<br>(2) Patients or their families who cannot understand the conditions and objectives of the study.
