- •ages : older than 19 years.
- •size : larger than 0.5cm with mixed or soild nature which is suspicious of thyroid carcinoma(as ultrasound finding, indeterminate or suspicious malignancy).
- •agreed to study and sign to witten informed consent.
- •not ineligible clinical trials.
排除标准
- •smaller than 0.5cm
- •pure cystic nodule
- •not suspicious of thyroid carcinoma
- •unnecessary needle sampling
- •too hard to sampling bacause of adjacent vessels
- •taken anti-coagulation medicine within a week
- •not agreed to study
- •resampling within 3 months
