Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • ages : older than 19 years.
  • size : larger than 0\.5cm with mixed or soild nature which is suspicious of thyroid carcinoma(as ultrasound finding, indeterminate or suspicious malignancy).
  • agreed to study and sign to witten informed consent.
  • not ineligible clinical trials.

Exclusion Criteria

  • smaller than 0\.5cm
  • pure cystic nodule
  • not suspicious of thyroid carcinoma
  • unnecessary needle sampling
  • too hard to sampling bacause of adjacent vessels
  • taken anti\-coagulation medicine within a week
  • not agreed to study
  • resampling within 3 months
