Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients with a primary biopsy proven oral/oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma which can be locally (transorally) resected and a clinically negative neck.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Transoral excision not possible
  • •Neck entered for reconstruction
  • •Clinical lymph node metastasis
