Lateral Crural Cephalic Malposition in primary septorhinoplasty candidates
18-year-old patients and older
Exclusion Criteria
Prior history of septoplasty
Sinonasal Pathology: Chronic Sinusitis,Nasal Plyposis, Asthma, Allergic Rhinitis
Prior history of rhinoplasty
