Patients over 18 years of age admitted to ICU
Patients who use high-flow oxygen therapy such as hypoxic respiratory failure or pulmonary edema after tracheostomy
1) loss of consciousness to the extent that patients are challenging to use HFNC
2) If the subject's respiratory failure deteriorates and mechanical ventilation is required
3) If subjects' respiration worsen enough to have a respiratory rate of 35 times or more per minute,
4) Patients unable to use HFNC due to structural abnormalities in the nasal-facial system

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method To verify the effectiveness of the TSF mode, the ratio of time achieved in the normal high flow mode to the target saturation range (94-96%) is compared
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method umber of manual adjustments in TSF mode and normal high flow oxygen mode
