- •Patients over 18 years of age admitted to ICU
- •Patients who use high-flow oxygen therapy such as hypoxic respiratory failure or pulmonary edema after tracheostomy
排除标准
- •1) loss of consciousness to the extent that patients are challenging to use HFNC
- •2) If the subject's respiratory failure deteriorates and mechanical ventilation is required
- •3) If subjects' respiration worsen enough to have a respiratory rate of 35 times or more per minute,
- •4) Patients unable to use HFNC due to structural abnormalities in the nasal-facial system
