Knee joint pain = 4 to 8 score on VAS scale
Redness, warmth with or without swelling over the knee joint
Reddish to yellow discoloration of the skin around the knee with warmth and throbbing pain
Pain aggravated by exposure of heat, relieved by cold application
Patients of Rheumatoid or osteoarthritis both will be included if matched with above symptoms
Hb% = 11 g/dL
Age between 30-65 Years
All gender
Ready to stop pain killers (except rescue medication), follow the protocol and sign the informed consent form
Pregnancy and lactation
Uncontrolled DM and HTN.
Skin disease at the application site.
Patient who has already undergone wet cupping therapy.
