1.Clinically diagnosed cases of Irqunnasa (SLR 30-70 degree)
2.VAS score of pain upto 6.
3. Patients having unilateral neuropathic pain extending from the gluteal region down the posterolateral aspect of leg to the foot, with shooting, burning or shock-like character
4. Both genders
5.Patients between 20 to 60 years of age
6.Hb% 11 gm/dl or more.
7.Patients willing to take part in the study.
1.Pregnancy, Lactation
2.Systemic illness e.g. cancer, liver, kidney, cardiac and pulmonary diseases
3.Bleeding tendencies
4.Spinal injury or deformity (Congenital / Acquired)e.g Kyphosis, Lordosis, Potts spine
5.Patients who fail to give consent for the trial and follow up
6.Patients suffering from psychiatric disorders.
7.Patients having metallic implants in the body.
