A definitive diagnosis of heart attack or pectoral angina by cardiologist;
Intention to participate in the study;
Between 30 to 60 years old;
The patients being conscious;
Familiarity with Persian language;
Without previous training about CCU;
Patient being in stable clinical condition by physician diagnose;
Without cardiac arrhythmia;
Patients having not severe chest pain;
Without blindness, deafness;
Without mental disease;
Don't be heavy smoker;
Not addicted to drugs;
Don't consume sedative drugs continuously;
Exclusion criteria:
Patient's refusal to participate in the study;
Catching arrhythmia during study;
Catching severe chest pain during study;
Patient dies;
