Newborn with gestational age between 25 and 34 weeks, admitted to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of the Clinical Hospital Complex.
Term of consent signed by those responsible.
Premature with malformation of the central nervous system, chest and heart disease.
Premature who present grade three or four hemorrhage on the first brain ultrasound examination prior to the intervention.
Premature without indication of respiratory physiotherapy such as: before 72 hours of life, presence of pulmonary hemorrhage, severe pulmonary hypertension, non-drained pneumothorax, thrombocytopenia, omphalocele or uncorrected gastroschisis.
Premature with contraindications to the use of the technique under study as: chest drainage, immediate postoperative of abdominal or thoracic surgeries.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method It is expected that there will be no significant change in the brain resistance index assessed by cranial ultrasound with Doppler before and after the application of the respiratory physiotherapy technique.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method It is expected that there will be no variation in vital parameters: heart rate, respiratory rate, peripheral oxygen saturation and pain. Evaluator using a multiparametric monitor and pain using the NIPS scale.
