Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Permanent staff who have been working as HCA more than six months
- •\-Age of HCAs would be in between 18 years to 45 years.
- •\- Both male and female
Exclusion Criteria
- •\-Staff who plan to retire or transfer within a year
- •\-HCAs who are on long leave e.g. : maternity leave or medical leave
- •\-HCAs who are already diagnosed with a NCD, verified by diagnosis card or clinic book
- •\-HCAs in PMCUs of Colombo district
