Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Any adult patient with pulmonary TB
- •2\. On DOTS for at\-least 15 days
- •3\. Current tobacco user either as smoking or smokeless form
- •4\. Past\-smoker who quit \<1 months ago
- •5\. Patients who are willing to share their mobile phone number for follow\-up
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patient who does not have access to a personal mobile phone
- •2\. Patient who is unable to read text\-messages
- •3\. Patient who is unwilling to receive text\-messages
- •4\. Quit tobacco more than \>\=1 months ago
- •5\. Existing users of the mCessation program or those who have already used it anytime in the past.
