- •Clients of BlueStar clinics who are adolescent girls aged 15\-19 (no individual\-level data collection)
Exclusion Criteria
- •Social Franchise clinics suspended from the BlueStar network
- •Social Franchise clinics new to the BlueStar network and missing pre\-intervention administrative data
