(1) 40-79 years of age (at least 40 years and at most 79 years old)
(2) Diagnosis of idiopathic Parkinson's disease (for patients only) according to the UK Brain Bank criteria
(3) Hoehn & Yahr stage = 3 (in drug-on state)
(4) No gang blockages in the past six months
(5) Ability to complete the test runs without gait aids and without fatigue
(6) Clinically manifest unilateral arm swing reduction with a range of motion <25 °
(1) Orthopedic or neurological comorbidity with functionally relevant restrictions on mobility or gait
(2) Everyday cognitive impairment
(3) Severe depression or psychosis with disease value
(4) pronounced dyskinesias in the ON state
(5) Coronary artery disease with unstable angina
(6) Kamptocormia over 20 ° or pisa syndrome
(7) Gait blockages from smooth walking in the past six months
(8) History of balance problems or one of the following tests, not caused by IPS: Romberg test, tandem gear, pull test
