Inclusion Criteria

1. Meet the Western medicine diagnostic criteria of ovarian reserve function decline;
2. In line with TCM syndrome differentiation of kidney deficiency and liver stagnation syndrome;
3. Aged 18 to 40 years old;
4. Voluntary participation.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Female in gestation and lactation;
2. Primary amenorrhea or secondary amenorrhea caused by ovarian resistance syndrome, abnormal reproductive tract development, polycystic ovary syndrome, chocolate cyst of ovary, central nervous system tumor, functional hypothalamic amenorrhea, complete androgen insensitivity syndrome, Asherman syndrome;
3. Decreased ovarian reserve caused by iatrogenic factors;
4. Patients with severe primary diseases such as heart, liver and renal insufficiency, hematopoietic system and immune system;
5. Allergic to a variety of medicines, or known to be allergic to the prescribed medicines;
6. Suffering from any serious psychological or mental abnormality and being unable to follow the procedures and specifications of clinical trials;
7. The researchers did not consider it appropriate for patients to participate in clinical observation.
