1. The patient met the diagnostic criteria of low ovarian response and kidney essence deficiency type infertility;
2. Subjects aged 21-34; women aged 35-42 years old; 2;
3. The subjects who are going to be assisted by IVF-ET (Unified antagonist program);
4. Those who sign informed consent and are willing to accept follow-up.
1. Patients with contraindications of IVF;
2. Patients with stage III / IV endometriosis, based on the American Society of reproductive medicine's endometriosis classification system;
3. Patients with adenomyosis, uterine fibroids oppressing uterine cavity line and uncured endometrial diseases;
4. Patients with untreated hydrosalpinx;
5. Patients with chronic history of diabetes, hypertension, hyperthyroidism / hypothyroidism, heart disease, liver and kidney disease, and patients with severe primary diseases and mental diseases in internal medicine;
6. Patients who have taken traditional Chinese medicine or Chinese patent medicine for infertility treatment within one month (30 days);
7. Patients who have been allergic to the drugs used in the experiment and their ingredients.
