入选标准
- •1. Mild to Moderate acute pancreatitis who can eat byself.
- •2. Age >= 18 years old
排除标准
- •1. Deny to consent
- •2. Pregnancy/breastfeeding
- •3. Immunocompromised host eg. TB, HIV
- •4. Depend on other to having meal eg. Cancer, weakness
- •5. Already having meal before randomization
- •6. Persistent of organ failure more than 48 hrs after diagnosed of acute pancreatitis from
- •Modified Marshall score more than 2 and don't have prior kidney failure.
- •7. CT scan show more than 30 percent pancreatic necrosis.
- •8. Have to surgery from complication of acute pancreatitis.
- •9. Admission to Intensive care unit since admission date.
- •10. Acute pancreatitis from hypertriglyceridemia
