Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Mothers between 20 to 28 weeks of gestation with gestational hypertension.
- •2\.Mothers who are willing to participate in the study.
- •3\.Mothers who can understand English /Malayalam.
- •4\.Mothers who can follow instructions.
- •5\.Mothers who have smart phones.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Mothers who conceived through assisted reproductive techniques.
- •2\.Mothers who received complementary therapies to reduce blood pressure
