Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •A total of 80 white\-collar workers who are working at a business site in Seoul (approximately 300 employees) who understand the purpose of this study and agree to voluntarily participate
- •\-Those who have no difficulty reading and answering the questionnaire
- •\- Anyone who has no restrictions on the use of applications for health monitoring, health counseling, and education
- •\-Those who do not have physical restrictions on participation in group exercise
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- Those who are not office workers among the workers in the workplace
- •\- Workers dispatched from partner companies
