Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • A total of 80 white\-collar workers who are working at a business site in Seoul (approximately 300 employees) who understand the purpose of this study and agree to voluntarily participate
  • \-Those who have no difficulty reading and answering the questionnaire
  • \- Anyone who has no restrictions on the use of applications for health monitoring, health counseling, and education
  • \-Those who do not have physical restrictions on participation in group exercise

Exclusion Criteria

  • \- Those who are not office workers among the workers in the workplace
  • \- Workers dispatched from partner companies
