•1.Healthy adults aged 18- 35years, willing to quit smokeless tobacco use and who report to peripheral center of Bapuji Dental College and Hospital, at Community Health center, Malebennur.
•2. Adults using smokeless tobacco along with pan masala (vimal, G S T, siddhu) and gutka (star, RMD, pan parag).
•3.Adults who have not undergone nicotine replacement, behavioral or pharmacotherapy for tobacco cessation in their life time.
•4.Adults whose salivary thiocyanate level will be more than 2mMol/ml of saliva (objective criteria for determining tobacco exposure)

•1.Adults with history of smoking and/or other substance use like heroin, marijuana, cannabis, benzodiazepines, opioids
•2.Adults diagnosed with oral submucosal fibrosis, leucoplakia, tobacco-associated keratosis and any type of oral malignancy
•3.Adults under medication which may affect their salivary flow rate.
•4.Pregnant and lactating women
•5.Adults with infection at and around the acupoints and/ or lack skin sensation near the acupoints
•6.Adults unable to comply with appointment schedule
