Diagnosed case of metabolic syndrome and or Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease
Age between 18 and 75 years
Body mass index of greater than or equal to 25 kilogram per metre square
Pregnancy or lactation
Inherited or acquired immunodeficiency
On immunosuppressive drugs
On insulin or insulin secretagogues
Malignancies
Mental illness
Chronic kidney disease with estimated glomerular filtration rate eGFR less than or equal to30
Aspartate aminotransferase or Alanine transaminase more than three times the upper limit of normal
