Inclusion Criteria
1. adult patient undergoing cardiac surgery using cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB)
2. patient who has normal renal function
Exclusion Criteria
1. child, adolescent (< 20)
2. emergency surgery
3. cardiac surgery without CPB (OPCAB and hybrid operation and so on)
4. chronic renal disease (Cr > 1.3) and kidney recipient
5. ejection fraction < 30
6. body mass index (BMI) > 30
