入选标准
- •Patients with B.M.I between 25 to 39.9.
- •Patients between the age of 18-44 irrespective of their gender and religion.
- •Patients giving written consent for the study.
- •Patients with sedentary lifestyle or less physically active.
排除标准
- •Patients with BMI >40.
- •Obesity due to any hormonal imbalances.
- •If Any comorbidity present along with obesity
- •Pregnant & lactating women
- •Patients having any other medication for obesity.
- •If any psychiatric illness present.
