简要总结
This cross-sectional study aims to investigate the correlation between core muscle endurance, lower limb strength, and agility in recreational runners. Recreational running requires adequate neuromuscular control, muscular strength, and core stability to maintain performance and prevent injuries. However, the relationship between these physical components in recreational runners is not clearly established. Participants meeting the inclusion criteria will undergo standardized assessments including the plank test to measure core muscle endurance, the Vertical Jump test to assess lower limb strength, and the T-test to evaluate agility. Demographic data such as age, height, weight, and running experience will also be recorded. Statistical analysis will be used to determine the correlation between these variables. The findings of this study may help in understanding the role of core endurance and lower limb strength in agility performance among recreational runners and may assist physiotherapists and trainers in designing effective training and injury prevention programs.
